Midcoast Community Council (MCC) Meetings ~ 2nd & 4th Wednesdays @ 7:00pm
The MCC is an elected Municipal Advisory Council to the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, representing unincorporated Montara, Moss Beach, El Granada, Princeton, and Miramar.
Regular MCC meetings are on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM at Granada Community Services District (GCSD) meeting room, 504 Ave Alhambra, third floor, El Granada. Meetings are in hybrid format and the public is encouraged to attend remotely. All MCC meetings are open to the public, and are agendized and posted according to the requirements of the Brown Act.

Absolutely support using roundabouts to manage traffic flow here on the coast. I’ve used roundabouts in other states, and in Europe. They are proven to be easy to use, save lives, cost less to maintain, and are better for the environment. And keep traffic flowing!
As a retired deputy who patrolled the coast for may years, I have become an advocate of roundabouts haven seen them in action in other states and California roadways. Traffic lights, controlled intersections stop and impede the flow of traffic while the ’round’ allows the continual flow of traffic, a no brainer. I would hope that the community will support a better highway alternative than the old fashioned traffic signal.
