The City of Half Moon Bay is exploring the possibility of adopting an ordinance to encourage unhoused residents in illegal encampments to accept shelter and support, either by adopting San Mateo County’s Hopeful Horizons Ordinance or by developing and adopting our own.

The City welcomes community feedback to guide staff on this issue.: SURVEY
