“Unhoused on Coastside Outreach” is organized by the Pacifica Resource Center and primarily funded by San Mateo County Center on Homelessness. The outreach spans from Pacifica to Pescadero and includes engagement and case management services with the goal to return people to housing.

If you see someone outside or living in a vehicle, please call or email.
Outreach Staff is available 7 days a week, Monday through Friday from 9am to 10:00pm and Weekends and Holidays from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
They respond to outreach requests with a 3 hour response time

I just tested the number and it works. It rings for quite a while but there is “Mike” from the Pacifica Resource Center on the answering machine, so leave a message!

Homeless Status as of 11/4/2025: 32 unhoused individuals in Half Moon Bay with 2 encampments with 14 people living in them (2 encampments are empty) and 19 others not in encampments
