“The March 23rd, 2026, Notice of Public Hearing stands cancelled.

The Sewer Authority Mid-Coastside (“Authority”), per Government Code 4217.12, hereby announces,
and provides notice of, a public hearing, to be held on April 13, 2026 at or about 7:15 P.M., regarding the potential for the Authority to enter into an Energy Service Contractv(“Contract”) with Coldwell Energy for the development of solar and battery storage facilities on or adjacent to the Authority wastewater treatment plant (“Plant’) located at 1000 N. Cabrillo Highway, in the City of Half Moon Bay, California.

The public hearing will be held in conjunction with the Authority’s regular board meeting currently scheduled for April 13, 2026, at 7 PM.

All persons desiring to speak at this public hearing should attend the Authority regular board meeting on April 13, either in person at the Plant or via zoom at:
