Relax, release, and restore with the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and more. No experience needed, just come as you are and enjoy a calming journey into sound and stillness.

 

What to Bring:

Yoga mat or something comfy to lie on

Blanket, pillow & eye cover (bolster optional)

Water for hydration

Chair seating available if preferred. Dress comfortably.
