Hi Neighbors! Our first beginner line dance series in Half Moon Bay was such a hit that we’re going to continue with another two six-week sessions! Line dancing is a fun, social, and easy-to-learn group dance for all ages performed to a variety of musical styles—most commonly country. In our class, not only will you learn new moves and connect with a great community, but you’ll also enjoy the health benefits of improved balance, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness!
Our six-week series will provide a beginner lesson 6-7:15 pm, perfect for new dancers. Intermediate dancers join at 7 pm to warm up with the group, followed by intermediate lessons from 7:15-8:15 pm for anyone looking to take their dancing to the next level.
Both lessons will include step-by-step instruction plus plenty of dancing to help you practice, have fun, and feel the rhythm on the dance floor. You will build confidence and have a blast dancing to music in a welcoming, supportive environment. Your registration covers the whole night, so try out the different lessons to find what fits for you or stay for both for extra time on the dance floor!
Regular attendance helps with retention, but drop-ins are always welcome—so bring your friends and make it a social event!
