Coastside Allies Hosts "Elevating Youth Voice in Public Policy" with Guest Speaker Supervisor Mueller

Creating safe spaces for our young people to share their concerns, fears, and ambitions with the gatekeepers who can not just hear them but also consider them as part of policy and practice is a critical step toward inclusivity and a healthy community.

Thrilled that Ray Mueller is our special guest and hosting our first youth series of events with a town hall, which does just that.

This is why Ray continues to get approval. He is proactive and works hard to ensure our entire community has space with him, as he helps shape community outcomes.

*Ray Mueller’s office has taken the step of requesting 1 or 2 individuals who are trained mental health staff to attend and ensure youth have access to resources in case there are tough or challenging topics.
