Celebrate the Spring Equinox with Yoga and a Regenerative Farm Tour at Flip Flop Farms
Join us at Flip Flop Farms, a certified organic coastal farm overlooking Año Nuevo State Beach on the North Coast of Santa Cruz, for a day of movement, meditation, and hands-on regenerative farming.
The day begins with an all-levels yoga flow led by Shawna Marie, followed by a savasana and guided meditation to help you reset and welcome the new season. After a short break (bring your lunch or snacks), the Flip Flop Farms team will lead a guided farm tour, showing how they cultivate nutrient-dense produce using organic and regenerative practices like composting, cover cropping, crop rotation, and beneficial insect hedgerows.
Following the tour, stay and enjoy the coastal farm for about an hour—relax, connect, and take in the ocean air. This inclusive Spring Equinox gathering offers space to move, learn, and experience a working regenerative farm on the Santa Cruz coast, emphasizing the connection between ourselves, our energy, and where our food comes from.
