Write me a message that details how horrible a decision building a 70 unit development in the middle of a middle class upper middle class housing would just ruin the community and create a vicious gap between the rich and the poor.
The bottom line is if you’re gonna put 150 to 200 people there where are the 200 jobs coming from where are those people working because there are no jobs on the coast and there is not any plan to create 200+ jobs, so this is the problem inherent with affordable housing is these people that need it don’t have jobs that pay well or don’t have jobs at all so please tell me in a small sleepy town like half Moon Bay and Moss Beach. Where are these jobs going to come from to make this project thrives .
