Agenda Item #2: Consideration of a request by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, pursuant to Government Code Section 65402, that the County determine whether the Montara Mountain Public
Access Trail and Maintenance Road Project conforms to the County General Plan. Project Planner,

SFPUC = San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

“Consent Agenda” means that the SMCo Planning Commission automatically approves the item proposed by SMCo Planning staff. SFPUC traditionally does not ask for permission so much as they inform SMCo of what they are doing.
