VIDEO. From the San Mateo County Harbor District  meeting on Wednesday, October 7th, 2025 meeting, at 10:00am, as a hybrid meeting with remote comments. Meetings are held in person at the SMCHD Administration Building, 504 Avenue Alhambra, Ste. 200, El Granada.  Agenda. General Manager’s Report, Jim Pruett reports.

General Manager’s Report
October 3, 2025, received updated brief from our Pillar Point Harbor Surfers Beach Safe Parking Project consultant, CSWST2 concerning potential options to address the parking issues faced by the District.

CSWST2 has identified three options, two on Burnham Strip, and one on the west side of Route 1 between Sams Restaurant and Parking Lot C3.

The option on the Burnham Strip would involve the same parking lot with one option including an entrance to the lot from Avenue Alhambra, the other option would include access from Route 1.

The west side option, pictured below, would have access from Parking Lot C3 and from Route 1.

Note that Lot 240 is owned by the Harbor District. Lot 390, owned by the Harbor District, is the little green house above the boatramp.
