VIDEO. From the San Mateo County Harbor District Commissioner’s regular meeting on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026 meeting, at 10:00am, as a hybrid meeting with remote comments. Meetings are held in person at the SMCHD Administration Building, 504 Avenue Alhambra, Ste. 200, El Granada.  Agenda. On November 15, 2023, the Board approved the purchase of several parcels of land next to and near Pillar Point Harbor to include:

3. APN 047-252-220 7. APN 047-251-140
4. APN 047-252-230

On December 20, 2024, the Board approved the purchase of parcels located in Princeton to include:

1. APN: 047-033-180 4. APN 047-033-190
2. APN 047-033-200 5. APN 047-033-390
3. APN 047-033-400 6. APN 047-033-410

On April 16, 2025, the Board approved the purchase of additional parcels in Princeton to
include:

1. APN 047-037-060 5. APN 047-037-070
2. APN 047-037-420 6. APN 047-037-430
3. APN 047-037-160 7. APN 047-037-170
4. APN 047-037-150 8. APN 047-037-140

The District also owns in fee simple a lot located at 555 Obispo Road, El Granada, Ca 94019, also known as the Post Office lot. On September 21, 2022, the District adopted Resolution 22-24, declaring the parcel surplus land and not necessary for the District’s use. The parcel is undeveloped and maintained by the District.
