On April 16, 2025, the Board approved the purchase of additional parcels in Princeton to

The District also owns in fee simple a lot located at 555 Obispo Road, El Granada, Ca 94019, also known as the Post Office lot. On September 21, 2022, the District adopted Resolution 22-24, declaring the parcel surplus land and not necessary for the District’s use. The parcel is undeveloped and maintained by the District.
