Staff Report of Item #1A. “Based upon the Findings and Evidence contained in Exhibit A of the Draft Resolution, and subject to the Conditions of Approval in Exhibit B, approve a Coastal Development Permit for a self-storage facility in the back of a developed lot at that would include 68 prefabricated units placed on new asphalt, parking, retaining walls, and fencing.” Half Moon Bay’s Community Development Director, Leslie Lacko, presents.

The Planning Commission consists of citizen volunteers appointed by the City Council to make decisions or advise the Council on land use and property development issues. The Commission assures that new development is consistent with our Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, long-range General Plan and Local Coastal Plan, State laws and other public policies that advance the interests of our community.
