Discover the path to inner calm through yoga’s philosophy and gentle movement.

Join us for Yoga every Monday starting in October, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at GCSD’s meeting room.

  • $10 per class, paid directly to the instructor
  • Books of 4 classes will be available for purchase (cash or check only)
  • Bring your own yoga mat and bolsters if you like
  • Comfortable clothing recommended
  • No prior experience necessary
