Staff Report for Consent Item #F6: “Recommendation: Authorize the General Manager to approve, after the fact, the District Training Officer to attend the Alaska Marine Safety Education Association (AMSEA) Water Safety Instructor and Fishing Vessel Drill Conductor training in Sitka, Alaska, with a total cost of $2,434, and a contingency of 10% in the event some travel costs are higher than anticipated, for a total of $2,678, to be deducted from already budgeted District training monies.”
