Mark de Paula is a citizen who has spent the last 3 years researching the Bolanos Dollhouse story. He went to Las Vegas in 2015, for 3 days, to interview the officers involved, on his own dime. It took him 3 years to get the FBI files. He has run for San Mateo County Supervisor and City of San Mateo City Council.
