VIDEO. From the San Mateo County Harbor District regular meeting on Wednesday, April 15th, 2026 meeting, at 10:00am, as a hybrid meeting, with remote comments. Meetings are held in person at the SMCHD Administration Building, 504 Avenue Alhambra, Ste. 200, El Granada. Agenda. Staff Report for Item #G4: “Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 26-03 to increase District rates and fees by 2.2% for Pillar Point Harbor, Oyster Point Marina, and Special Events.”
New fees for 2026/27 include:
- Security deposit for the trailer storage lot (Equal to one monthly storage fee)
- Transient trailer storage $30 per night at 256 Princeton Ave the “Old Boat Yard Ramp”.
- Permit parking for the Administration building $75 per month
- Forklift $200 hour (Operated by District Staff)
- Clean Up Fee – District Cost
