The Boys & Girls Club of the Coastside (BGCC) is hosting the Robotics Tournament this Saturday, January 24, 2026.

This tournament features the hometown Coastside Circuits vs. the Bay Area FTC Robotics Teams.

The Coastside Circuits is the Coastside middle school robotics team.

The Robotics program, supported by BGCC is a big deal for our Coastside kids. The Robotics program now has teams at HMBHS and Cunha and is working on an elementary team as well. Our teams regularly compete against much larger, much more well-funded teams from around the world — and have won many prizes.

It’s an amazing story about the energy and determination of Jen and Franz Dill–the founders of HMB Robotics, BGCC and their willingness to support the program, and the amazing local kids who choose to explore this great opportunity to learn, compete, and have fun.
