This session offers a compelling case study in community transformation. Dr. Patrick Horn reveals how local efforts to create meaningful change and strengthen resilience emerged from long-term visioning and mobilizing faith, civic, and grassroots sectors. Attendees will gain insight into centering marginalized voices and prioritizing compassion through crisis and renewal through applying the “Discover-Commit-Build-Evaluate” model for inclusion, policy change, and justice in their own contexts.
