Half Moon Bay, California 94019
San Mateo County and the City of Half Moon Bay have partnered to develop a plan called Get There Together.
Get There Together is an action plan of strategies to improve transportation options on the Midcoast and in Half Moon Bay and make it easier, more convenient, and more affordable to walk, bike, share rides, and use public transit. The plan builds on previous efforts, such as Connect the Coastside. The recommendations in the plan reflect ideas, input, and feedback that we heard from community members, partners and stakeholders throughout the Coastside.
The draft plan is available for review and public comment through November 22, 2024. You can view the plan on our website, www.get-there-together.com, where you can also take our public comment survey to share your comments and feedback. We’ll be awarding $40 Visa gift cards to each of up to 10 people who complete the public comment survey or who provide their feedback to us in person at one of our upcoming public engagement events.
After the end of the public comment period on November 22, we’ll revise and fine-tune the plan based on the comments and feedback we receive. Then, we’ll be submitting the draft final plan for adoption by San Mateo County and the City of Half Moon Bay.
This fall, we’ll be talking to community members about the draft plan at a series of public events. Join us to learn more about the recommendations, share your ideas and feedback, enter our raffle, or just to say hello:
