The City of Half Moon Bay in partnership with the Mexican Consulate hosted a Mobile Consulate in Half Moon Bay last Saturday May 20, 2023, at the Ted Adcock Community Center. City staff worked closely with the Mexican Consulate to support the mobile services, elevate the need for future visits, and promote equitable access to services.
Through this historic visit, over 220 Mexican nationals were able to request and renew identification documents. The Mobile Consulate team was able to print passports, birth certificates, consular registration, and voter credentials on site allowing participants to walk with their new documents in hand.
Thanks to the Mexican Consulate for providing services to the Half Moon Bay and Coastside residents, and to our non-profit partners Coastside Hope, Puente and ALAS who performed outreach efforts, and provided on-site support to all participants who attended to receive services.
