VIDEO. City Manager, Bob Nisbit, presented to the City Council, the results of the first 2×2 Meeting.
The purpose and goals of the 2×2 Committee: to create a forum to share info, to educate, and to connect dots between the City and CUSD. Their first meeting was at the HMB Library where they met for two hours last week. They plan to do this 2 times a year.
Facility sharing was the most talked about and now the two government bodies are working towards a facility use agreement.
Transportation will be on the next agenda: bussing, private school commutes, bike riding, etc.
