  1. An excellent review by Lisa, given with an obvious understanding of what she was talking about. Her continuing participation in the MCC and her representation of the Midcoast on the county Planning Commission benefit us all. Horsley’s record as our supervisor was mixed (Big Wave, Cypress Point, barf), but Lisa’s appointment to the Planning Commission is high on the plus-side list.
