SAM General Manager, Kishen Prathivadi, presents the 2022 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).

SAM and MWSD (Montara Water and Sewer District) Director, Kathryn Slater-Carter noted that construction costs have doubled in 8 years.

 

GM, Kishen Prathivadi, noted that the California Construction Costs Index indicates an

increase in construction costs comparing February 2021 costs to February 2022 costs of 16.8%
