The property is located at 181-195 Princeton Ave. The Harbor District Board approved purchase of six contiguous parcels at the northwest corner of Princeton & Vassar for $1,450,000 (staff report). The parcels are paved, have a perimeter fence and one water connection, and are currently used for boat storage.
