SAM Board Meetings are held at the SAM Administrative Offices located at:

1000 N. Cabrillo Hwy., Half Moon Bay, CA 94019

Regular Board Meetings are on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at 7:00pm.

From time to time a meeting date may be changed, cancelled or relocated. Check the posted agenda for any changes to the normal schedule (click on links below).

Agendas for Sewer Authority Mid-Coastside (SAM) Board Meeting agendas will be posted here no less than 72 hours in advance of the meeting for regular meetings and 24 hours for special meetings. Management

SAM is managed by a General Manager who reports to the SAM Board of Directors. The management team consists of the Supervisor of Administrative Services, Supervisor of Treatment/Field Operations, and the Engineering & Construction Contracts Manager.
