The 3 yellow circles 2, 3, 4 were the sites proposed and commented on at HMB Planning Commission last January. They were not well received then for the reasons noted below.
For this week’s meeting, what is now called the preferred alternative places the restroom in the day-use lot close to the entrance, away from the waves, but uses up 15 parking spaces.
This photo was taken earlier this year, 2019, during the storms.
