ARTICLE. Project Description: This project will relocate and install a new 2 stall prefabricated restroom facility, remove the wood retaining wall along Alsace Lorraine and replace them with decorative concrete block retaining wall, replace the walkways to make accessibility compliant, reconstruct the picnic area and renovate the lawn area to better serve daily park users.

Latest Update: 12/12/2019 –The construction of the prefabricated restroom has started and is being constructed off-site in Reno, Nevada. Grading, site utilities, and reconstruction of the walkways, retaining walls, and other work is expected to start in early January and will continue through the spring. The park will closed to the public during the construction of the walkways and playground area reopened when the walkways are completed. Signage will be posted to identify which parts of the park are open. The prefabricated restroom is scheduled to be completed and installed in February 2020.
