The Sewer Authority Mid-Coastside (SAM) provides wastewater treatment services and contract collection maintenance services for a population of approximately 27,000 in the following areas:

City of Half Moon Bay
El Granada
Miramar
Montara
Moss Beach
Princeton by the Sea

Board Meeting Videos

In 2008 the Sewer Authority Mid-Coastside began video taping its Board meetings. The current meetings are broadcast after the meetings on the Pacific Coast Television network, which can be found at www.pacificcoast.tv. You can also search for archived videos on YouTube at www.youtube.com.

SAM Board Meetings are held at the SAM Administrative Offices located at:

1000 N. Cabrillo Hwy.
Half Moon Bay, CA 94019

Regular Board Meetings are on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at 7:00pm.

Management

SAM is managed by a General Manager who reports to the SAM Board of Directors. The management team consists of the Supervisor of Administrative Services, Supervisor of Treatment/Field Operations, and the Engineering & Construction Contracts Manager.
