VIDEO. From the City of Half Moon Bay City Council meeting on Tuesday, September 7th, 2021 at 7:00pm by Zoom.

City Council person Harvey Rarback agendizes an item that directs staff to prepare a resolution of application to annex the contiguous area known as Moonridge.

The next night, at the Midcoast Community Council (MCC) meeting on Wednesday, September 8th, 2021 at 7:00pm by Zoom, Council person Rarback explains in more detail the complicated LAFCO process (to which Council person Deborah Ruddock was referring at the 9/7/21 City Council meeting) and the goal of giving the largely Latino Moonridge population more voice in Half Moon Bay issues.

As of now, Moonridge lays in unincorporated San Mateo County, just outside the City of Half Moon Bay limits.
