Money Has Four Legs ~ Tickets
A film by Maung Sun
Myanmar / Dramedy / 97min. / Burmese with English subtitles
A passionate young director fights to complete his first film amidst government censorship, shady producers, and a chaotic cast—only to find his own life echoing the crime drama he’s trying to make. Witty, inventive, and rich with local texture, this satirical gem blurs the line between fiction and reality while offering a vibrant portrait of Myanmar’s creative spirit today.
The filmmaker’s brother, Lone Lone Kavan, will be present for a Q&A. He worked as Music Supervisor and Production Designer on the film, which was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Myanmar cinema.
