1) Consider Resolution 2025-03 Approving an Amendment to the Amended and Restated Water Supply Agreement Between the City and County of San Francisco and Wholesale Customers in Alameda County, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County; and
2) Consider Resolution 2025-04 Approving Tier 2 Drought Response Implementation Plan Pursuant to Section 3.11.C of the Amended and Restated Water Supply Agreement Between the City and County of San Francisco and Wholesale Customers in Alameda County, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.
NOTE: Water Sale Agreement (WSA) expires 2035 with opportunity to extend.

Regular meetings of the CCWD Board of Directors are held once each month on the second Tuesday at 7:00pm. They are held in the District Office located at 766 Main Street, Half Moon Bay and by Zoom as a remote meeting. Tel. 650-726-4405.
