CBO stands for Chief Buzz Officer, of course.

Caltrans Staging to Repair Surfers Beach Coastal Trail from 2022 and 2023 Storms Damage. Confirmed by the Granada Community Services District’s (GCSD) Assistant General Manager, Hope Atmore.

So, how do you think they will get those rocks across Hwy 1 to the Coastal Trail?

  1. **CALTRANS WORK ON HIGHWAY 1 AT THE JETTY**

As of Aug 30, the Caltrans site says there will be one-way traffic control from the Harbor Entrance to Mirada Road STARTING Tuesday, Sep.3 at 9:00 pm to Wednesday, Sep 4 at 7:00 am. This is currently scheduled to continue daily until 7:00 am Saturday, Sep 7 but may go on longer.

    If you visit this site:

you can get bare bones info on Caltrans work. They apparently only post about one week ahead. Please bookmark this page for future reference.

    1. Thank you for the comment! I have bookmarked the page and will include the link in my follow up post.

I also Caltran Communications person Alejandro Lopez for a press release, not because I don’t have the information, but because they need to make a habit of putting out press releases to inform the City of HMB, County and Harbor District on these things on a regular basis!

Thanks again and have a great holiday weekend.
