I attended the live event, but found there were too many speakers to truly cover the topic well. Also, they asked for comments ir questions from the audience, but never asked any of them. I was glad that Dave Cosgrave said he wants to improve the choke point between Linda Mar thru the eucalyptus grove north of the Tunnel where the shoulders are narrow and covered in storm debris. That will be a problematic area in an emergency evacuation. As for CRISP, I hope that the MidCoast can get an Emergency Evacuation Center because if there is ever an event like the storms we recently encountered, or a natural disaster occurring when the roads are full of visitors, there is NOTHING between Pacifuca and Half Moon Bay for the public to take refuge.
