  • MULTI-ASSET the implementation of the Caltran State Route 1 Multi-Asset Roadway Rehabilitation Project in unincorporated San Mateo County. Location: The Project area is on SR-1 between post mile (PM) 27.5 (SR-1 at Marine Boulevard in Moss Beach) and PM 34.8 (SR-1 at Wavecrest Road in the City of Half Moon Bay); and SR-92 at PM 0.2 (at Main Street). Portions of the larger Project lie within the boundaries of the City of Half Moon Bay. This CDP application covers only the portion of the Project area within the unincorporated area of San Mateo County.
  • FIRESTATION #59.   Consideration of a Coastal Development Permit, Resource Management-Coastal Zone Permit, and a Use Permit, pursuant to Sections 6328.4, 6903 and 6500, respectively of the County Zoning Regulations to: 1) permit the construction of a new fire station (County Fire Station No.59)
  • CSA 11 WATER.   Consideration of a Coastal Development Permit, pursuant to Section 6328.4 of the County Zoning Regulations, to extend CSA-11 water pipelines to serve Pescadero Middle/High School and a future fire station to be located adjacent to the school

  1. Ketcham’s suggestion is entirely logical in the interest of more efficient, holistic planning for the area, as long as the parallel trail is on the Caltrans right-of-way and does not subtract from the land of the community park.
