Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 plus benefits
We think we have a unique program that uses the platform of workforce experiences at a farm and on the Clean Team to engage people experiencing homelessness in very unique and personal ways regarding their housing, employment, sobriety, mental and physical health. In working together, we build teamwork, create on the job successes, and explore hopeful next steps.
We are seeing our work model as one of the best ways to accompany people through their struggles. We’ve built community with people, and we are able to support them in ways we could never do when we were just giving away food and clothes. This now has much more depth and breadth of scope. The position reports directly to the Executive Director.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing AGCW’s fundraising campaigns and events, communicating with current and prospective donors, and building a strong development plan. This position involves managing individual, foundation and corporate gifts as well as planned and annual giving campaigns.
