HMB Mayor Ruddock Announces the Reorganization of City Staff as Nisbet Leaves and Chidester Moves to City Manager

Chair Debbie Ruddock shares her Director’s report as she is also the Mayor of Half Moon Bay.

City of Half Moon Bay Staff

Bob Nisbet guided the City of HMB as City Manager during Covid and will now become the City Manager of Goleta.

Matthew Chidester was the Deputy City Manager and will now move to the City Manager’s office.

John Doughty will move from Public Works Director to interim Deputy City Manager.

Maziar “Maz” Bozorginia will move from City Engineer to Public Works Director.

The meeting will be held at the Adcock Community Center for any members of the public who wish to speak in person, though we do encourage all members to participate remotely.
