Planner, Brittney Cozzolino, presents Poplar Street Gateway Plan Notice of Preparation Scoping Session.

Staff Recommendation: Hold a scoping session on the environmental review of the Poplar Beach Gateways Plan focused on the Notice of Preparation (Attachment 1) required as part of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); receive public comments; and provide input to the City’s environmental consultants and Planning staff for establishing the scope of the Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) being prepared to evaluate the potential environmental impact of the project.
