Veronika is reducing her carbon footprint by composting her food scraps in her home composting system! She uses this soil for the herbs and vegetables she has in her garden, saving money and helping the environment!

Don’t have a home composting system? You can place food scraps (and more!) in your green bin to help reduce the emissions that would have been generated by that same organic waste if it was sent to decompose in the landfill. Click here for more information on organic waste services.

Jennifer is saving energy and money by bundling up at home and leaving her heaters OFF. A warm hat, blanket, scarves, fuzzy socks and gloves gives her all the warmth she needs for no additional cost!
