NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Half Moon Bay will hold a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, July 23, 2014, at their regular meeting place at the Ted Adcock Community Center (TACC) at 535 Kelly Avenue to consider the following application:

CITY FILE NUMBER: Draft Cycle 6 Housing Element

LOCATION: Citywide

APPLICANT: City of Half Moon Bay, Community Development Department

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Draft Housing Element Update. The Housing Element is a statement of goals, policies, and implementing programs for addressing Half Moon Bay’s housing needs. In response to input from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), a second draft of revisions to the Draft Cycle 6 Housing Element dated May 31, 2024 is available on the City website for public review. At the July 23^rd meeting, the Planning Commission will review proposed revisions based on the feedback received from HCD, and make recommendations to the City Council regarding further action. Following review of the draft Housing Element by the Planning Commission and City Council, the document will be sent to the California Department of Housing and Community Development for a required formal review. All members of the public are welcome to attend.
