Califuegos Releases NEW Album “Like it Used to Be” at the Old Princeton Landing. FREE!
For immediate release, Califuegos release their third studio album “Like it Use to Be” July 20th, 2024.
Written primarily between 2020-2023, “Like it Used to Be” is a reflection of those unprecedented times and the band’s fondness for vintage FM radio. Nine original tracks were recorded July through September 2023 at Brothers Chinese Recording studio in Oakland California.
To celebrate the release, Califuegos are throwing a free-admission album release party at The Old Princeton Landing in Half Moon Bay California, July 20th, 4:00pm – 6:00pm. Advanced copies of “Like it Used to Be” and merchandise will be available for purchase.
Califuegos play a unique blend of Alternative Mexi-Americana music. Band members include Mark Wieser guitar and vocals, David Gilmour on keyboard and accordion, Tom Feix on bass and vocals, and alternately Peter Dippery and G-Man on drums and percussion. The band members all live along the San Mateo Coast and have played together since 2010.
