With the Internet, there is immense opportunity to distribute material, your way, right now, 24/7/365, world-wide. The potential for anyone to create and produce in audio, video, photo and text formats is limited only to one’s imagination and creativity. The ability to distribute and promote information is seemingly limitless. We had the idea that we could make Coastside Buzz a core communicator for our Coastal Community.
CoastsideBuzz.com will act as a hub for producers. So if you have an idea and the energy, then you can be the producer, for your own show! Gather a friend or friends and produce your own show. Read a Bedtime Story for your kids and grandkids; they can hear your voice anytime, from all over the world!

Podcasts, Videos and Articles
$50/hr Pre-Production
Meet to go over script, direction, pacing, and voice coaching for control, tone, and speed. The need for these services will depend on how much speaking and voice experience you have. After a few tips you can practice on your own using VoiceMemo, AVR Pro, Garage Band, or Audacity.
Read | Record | Listen method is not a requirement, but we strongly suggest it, as it will keep the studio time to a minimum, and so reduce your costs.
Written a book? Audiobooks are the rage for modern information access. People plug in and listen. Come to Buzz to record the book you’ve written, and then upload to Buzz and iTunes. Produce once, then re and re distribute.
We can storyboard photo-stories and video as well.
$50/hr Production
- All production, for all streams (photo-essay/podcast/video) is $50/hr
$50/hr Post-Production
- Editing for a polished & professional sound after you record. No “umms” or pauses!
- Music liners added with other sound effects as desired.
- You will receive an mp3 file that you can upload to Buzz, to your own website, and email friends and/or business associates. Play from your phone forever!
- A 15-minute podcast takes approximately 4 hours of total production time. $50 minimum.
- Video can be edited in iMovie for $50/hour.
- Camera work, if simple, will be $50/hour; anything complex, is also market rate.
- Want to learn how to do it all by yourself from home? Within 1 hour I can give you the tools to record yourself in your own home for $50/hr.
Producer-to-Buzz Promotion Sharing$$
Some producers do it for fun, some do it for the fun and the money. Buzz will split all advertising income with a producer 50-50. Buzz gets content, Producer gets distribution; both get a little $ for their overhead.

$50 for Coastside Buzz Upload and Post to Facebook Fee
- Distribute to CoastsideBuzz.com and Buzz’s Facebook feed to get local exposure.
- Includes upload of text description of content, show notes, logos, graphics, photos, and links you provide. (links & photos require Buzz approval.)
- Distribution to CoastsideBuzz.com subscribers via RSS feed.
- Additional $ for Facebook Ad boost.
